Nebojša Skenderović is more than a technical specialist—he is a business transformation architect and visionary who connects the world of business and Artificial Intelligence. His extensive experience was shaped through engagements with chambers of commerce, faculties, and companies—from the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, the Faculty of Technical Sciences (FTN), and Singidunum University, to DR Gilbert center and numerous regional companies. His focus when presenting has never been simply on transferring knowledge, but on inspiring and connecting technology with people.

He gained particularly valuable experience during his time at the Mokrogorska School of Management, a prestigious alternative-global business school, where, as CTO, he implemented innovations for which he received an award. This is where his recognizable leadership style was shaped, with strong mentoring influences from the school’s founders and director, Srđan Janićijević.

His professional horizon was later upgraded through his role as Executive Director for Vojvodina at the E-Development Association, where he had the opportunity to exchange ideas with major regional IT players and drive the development of the digital ecosystem.

In 2015, as the Director for Technology at Poliklinici Badawi, Nebojša created a pioneering model for digital healthcare transformation. In close collaboration with the clinic’s director, Dr. Marija K. Badawi, he created a system where human medicine merges with the most advanced information technology. The result of this innovation has improved patient experience, optimized relationships with partners, and raised standards in private healthcare.

This intensive, daily work alongside doctors and therapists, with their mentoring support, created fertile ground for his latest creative endeavor—the e-book, “180°,” a motivational handbook intended to encourage many to make a personal and professional turnaround.

As the founder and director of Skenderovic Consultants-a, Nebojša leads his team and partners through a singular mission creating the core of business design. The concept he conceived applies to himself, business owners, managers, and employees, providing them with tools to advance online and offline business operations through institutional implementation, the application of AI technology, and innovative management methodologies.

His curiosity and discipline are cultivated with his students—he constantly improves himself both locally and internationally, actively participating in the development and implementation of AI solutions in everyday business.

For Nebojša, not everything is a serious business strategy. He is a man of contrast and breadth: he plays guitar, is dedicated to sports on the ground and in the water and air, meditates, and practices autophagy long before it became a trend. His non-hedonistic side is revealed through his passion for gastronomy and a love for deep flavors, while his social responsibility is demonstrated through his engagement with communities and associations.

He is the father of two children.
