Dragica Pantić is more than a Director of Marketing; she is a business designer and IT consultant who combines technology, sales processes, and creative marketing strategies into a unique business system. Her journey began in Brod, where as a teenager she discovered a passion for technology and people, and continued throughout the years, shaping her into the leader she is today. Since 2015, she has been involved in the IT sector and sales, testing herself in the field and developing the discipline that became her trademark. Upon moving to Subotica and starting her career at Skenderovic Consultants-u-2021, Dragica clearly set out her mission: to combine technology and marketing into a solution that not only meets goals but also changes the way companies operate and communicate.

Her expertise has been shaped through work in various industries—from healthcare, trade, and manufacturing to hospitality, real estate, and architecture. In sales, she sets standards that are never lowered and measurable goals, and through sales training, she builds teams that know how to negotiate and achieve results. In marketing, Dragica uses analytics and creativity: campaigns that have clear goals, measurable results, and a strong story. Her strength lies in directness and proactiveness, and she builds long-term relationships with clients based on trust and transparency, believing that true success is not measured by a single project, but by a partnership that lasts for years.

Despite all the things she creates and builds, she remains consistent with her roots. She is the sister of her younger brothers, Marko and Borislav.
